Our Bioglitter® Selection

Our glitter is made with genuine Bioglitter®, developed by Sigmund Lindner (SiLi) and derived from plant-based cellulose rather than conventional plastic.

Traditional glitter is typically made from PET plastic, which does not biodegrade and contributes to long-term microplastic pollution. Bioglitter® replaces the plastic core with plant-derived cellulose, creating a plant-based alternative designed to help reduce this impact.

Bioglitter® technology has been independently tested under internationally recognised OECD biodegradability standardsand assessed by organisations including TÜV Austria and SGS, supporting its development as a more environmentally responsible alternative to conventional plastic glitter.
